Our policy for returns is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or order number. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the process being followed and approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We aim to process this within 5 days of receiving the item, but refunds to the account may take up to 10 working days.
If it’s more that 10 working days since we acknowledged your return, first check your bank or PayPal account. Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank as there can be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Where the customer requests a product exchange, (which is not the fault of Limbvolume Ltd), a delivery fee will be charged.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive a returned item.
